ahh..it's easy stuff!!
Remember this
2237??
2Tablespoons Yeast
2Tablespoons Salt (Or less..1 1/2 T is good)
3 cups of warm water
6-7 Cups of plain flour
put the yeast and the salt into a bowl. Add the yeast and mix.
Get out your flour and start adding 1/2 Cup at a time, mixing in as you go. This will be a sticky dough.
Once you get all 7 cups mixed in, oil a large (VERY VERY large) bowl, add the dough. Sprinkle flour on top and cover with a towel. Put in a warm place to rise for about 2 hours.
Then, punch down, take off however much you want to use that night. Put in a loaf pan, or whatever shaped pan you want AS is.....
OR you can knead it and add more flour if you like, it's up to you.
Sprinkle the top with flour and cover with a towel and let rise about an hour. Bake at 425 for 20 mins, lower heat to 400 for the last 20-30 mins. When it's done I always rub butter along the top real good.
Put the rest of the unused dough in the fridge, covered and use through the week as you need it. Follow basic instructions above.
That's it..easiest bread and ohmygawd..SOOO GOOD!
