| Well, it's been 26 hours since he got on the damn plane. So I have several things running through my mind... a game plan....
1st my list of me things-
Hair chopping off hair to natural color. Gym 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday while Em is in class.
2nd my list of house things-
1. remove tile in kitchen 2. remove fake wood "floating floor" from dining room 3. Sand real floors 4. stain and such. 5. remove drop ceilings from hallway Upstairs and dining room. 6. remove dining room chandelier and paint black 7. paint the "yay daddy"/ play room... 8. put in threshold between dining room and computer room 9. have the crown molding put in the kitchen 10. finish painting kitchen ceiling and trim. 11. replace living room trim
yep... i am going to be a busy bee soon as i can stop crying long enough.... | |

| Okay so... yeah I got bored.... I pulled the tile from the ceiling in the dining room... more wall papered ceilings.. OY! The chandelier is coming down for a quick painting tomorrow and then I am peeking under the floating floor at the real floor.... i pulled up a tile in the kitchen.. no hard wood.. SO i am looking for a nice tile to replace it with. gonna measure and see about doing that this up coming week... HA! leave it to a woman with no one to sleep in the bed with to attack a house at midnight | |

| Hmmm... I always thought so. But I've pulled plenty of the evil stuff off ceilings in my time. That seemed to be a thing to do in the forties or something. Kinda like painting old, hard wood furniture with enamel white paint. | |

| EWWWWW what a horrible thing to do to lovely furniture... oy... i swear I just don't know about some people.... it's disturbing I tell you. Well, I have slowed my insanity with the house by looking at the checking account (LOL) BUT I have started work knitting and quilting and making those little tie blankets... Doing more thoughtful presents for the very few that I am giving gifts to this year.. just can't get ahead if we keep spending | |

| Well, painting furniture isn't a big deal if it's cheap or really damaged. Most of the time, I'd prefer to sand down and restain nice pieces of furniture. But God, I really, really don't understand wallpapered ceilings. The only time I'd even think it was acceptable is if it were like a textured tin ceiling look, but even that's pushing it. Wallpaper is the devil. Well, I'm still gonna cheer you on to get your list done, Manda. I know how the bank account halts projects . | |
