| I finally reached my pre-pregnancy weight! I actually dropped to a pound below about two days ago. It's not where I ultimately want to be, but it's only 16 lbs away! I'm gonna keep on keepin' on, and maybe I'll get there before the year is out! | |

| Not eating sugar and avoiding starch where I can. I'm not counting carbs, nor am I technically dieting. It's more like I'm saying to myself, "No, you don't really need that cookie, or that biscuit, or that chocolate bar." Not easy, but it works . | |

| That's kinda what I've been doing. Eating more salad and veggies too. Congrats, again. | |

| well good on ya girl!
Don't even ask me about mine..it's ok..I'll tell ya! LOL
Did Atkins again...stayed on it for 8 weeks..the first 2 weeks lost 10lbs.the third week moved to 13...and there I stayed. Never budged another pound. And before you asked, I checked ketosis level almost daily for the next 5 weeks..was always in 'high' or better and STILL never budged another pound. Gave up.

| Hmm, sounds like a new game plan is in order for you, Sage.
Lightfoot, I've also been eating more salads, specifically when I eat out. I also have been drinking a ton of water (sometimes flavored with those sugar free, calorie free packets). The water seems to really help flush things out. I can always tell when I haven't been drinking enough, because the weight loss stops (my scale measures tenths of pounds, so I can see even the tiniest bit of loss).

| I've only been back eating low carb for a little over a week and I'm trying to make it a lifestyle change. I eat a salad twice a day and water drinking is never a problem for me. I lost about 5 lbs the first week and I hope to loose more but my focus right now is on changing my eating habits, not the scale. One thing I've learned from low carb is the scale may not change but I'll still drop inches. That's because I'm burning fat and building muscle. I've also found that when I hit a plateau, if I bump up my exercise up, it helps. | |

| Well, vacation set me back about 5 pounds, but that's nothing major, I suppose. I'll hit it hard and fast again come Monday. | |
